PURCHASING STAFF (For Raw Materials or Packaging Materials)

- Purchasing has the role of providing materials for production purposes. Purchasing handles the buying process, manages all goods to meet production requirements, daily administrative activities related to purchases (Purchase Order & Purchase Request), closely coressponds with vendors, and data reporting.
- Coordinate with Vendors and Planners to realize purchase requests. Solving Problems related to Vendors and Users including Product Development.
- Identifying goods needs, priorities and follow-up arrivals, progress at Vendors
- Purchase goods on time, according to specifications, and ensure the arrival of goods according to company needs
- Make weekly and monthly purchase activity reports, such as: Work progress reports
- Responsible and report to the Purchasing Supervisor regarding delivery and quality of goods
- Coordinate with the Internal Division of the Company, such as: PPIC, Production, NPD and Marketing
Qualifications:
Tip, Asuransi kesehatan, Parkir, Bisnis (contoh: Kemeja), Lunch, JHT, Jampen, BPJS, Insurance, Shift Allowance, THR, Taxes paid by Company, Monday-Saturday
- Bachelor Degree (S1) – Management or Accounting or Business Studies or Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering, from Reputable Universities with minimum GPA 3.00, is a MUST
- Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years Working Experience as Staff Purchasing (Raw Materials or Packaging Materials)
- Proficient in operating Ms. Excel (Minimum Intermediate Level), Power Point, and SAP
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Good communication, strong negotiation, time management, and analytic skill
- Willing to learn, work under-presssure, proactive, and able to work well individually or in a team
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
