- IT Technical support is a technical & specialized position.
- This position deals with maintain service desk and provide service support (either phone or in person) to support businesses.
- Configure device related system, diagnose hardware and software Fault & Solve technical problem
- Perform day-today IT support activities: service desk and site support
- Deploy desktop/laptop/mobile devices to business units
- Perform ID management and system access control list
- Implement and maintain endpoint security
- Assist in delivering project as assigned by the IT service delivery lead
- Support IT procurement activities of which conforms to the corporate procurement policy
