About the role
As a Test Automation Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying functional prototypes in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager of the Rapid Prototyping team, your

- We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Developer for our new Rapid Prototyping team. This team's mission is to quickly assess the feasibility, desirability and viability of innovative features or technologies through the design, development, and implementation of functional prototypes.
As a Test Automation Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying functional prototypes in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager of the Rapid Prototyping team, your

- Analyze requirements to ensure quality at all stages of the development cycle
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans and scripts
- Be the guardian of the quality of our functional prototypes; ensure that anomalies are being addressed by the right experts, that the root causes are identified and that permanent solutions are put in place
- Participate in the software development of functional prototypes on web and/or mobile platforms
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team throughout product design, development and implementation
- When necessary, temporarily integrate other digital product teams and contribute to the achievement of their objectives
- Be on the lookout for new technologies; learn and apply new technologies and processes in real-world projects
- Participate in the ideation process for future projects
- Challenge the status quo
- Experience in quality assurance of web and mobile applications
- Expertise in methodologies and best practices in quality assurance
- Experience in creating native mobile applications (Android or iOS), in Java backend development and/or front-end development with Angular and/or React frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Autonomous, proactive, curious, and resourceful. You are a fast learner.
- Capacity to adapt easily
- Motivated by challenges and an accelerated pace of work
- A team player who can share and receive constructive feedback
- An excellent communicator with the ability to effectively present your ideas to decision-makers
- Passionate about quality and user experience
- Able to work in French and English -
