Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Install and configure hardware & software components.
- Keep computer systems & networks running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
- Set up accounts for new users and deal with password issues.
- Troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Provide support, including documentation and relevant reports.
- Repair or replace damaged hardware.Qualifications:
- Having working experience as an IT Support.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in troubleshooting systems.
- Skilled in software installation.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Virtual Machine (VMWare, Proxmox, etc)
- Experience in Networking (WAN, LAN, Firewall, VPN)
- Experience in Online Application (Hosting, CPanel)
